Delete your Oracle account

You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by email. Deletion is permanent.

In the app

Open Oracle and go to Settings.
Tap Account and membership, then Delete my account…
Type the confirmation phrase shown, then tap Delete my account and everything in it.

If you want a copy of your data first, use Export in Settings before you delete.

By email

If you can't use the app, email support@humanthings.io from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Oracle account.” We will confirm the request with you and then delete the account.

What is deleted

Your account, sign-in identity, conversations, readings, memories, and Oracle's understanding of you are deleted immediately. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Oracle's access to your Apple ID.

What is kept, and for how long

Content-free usage events (fixed codes and numbers, never your words), no longer linked to your account: up to 180 days.
Records that a staff member reviewed a conversation, kept for accountability and no longer linked to your account: up to 400 days.
Anything we are legally required to keep.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings so you are not charged again.
