Common questions

I didn't get my sign-in code

Codes arrive by email within a minute or two and expire after 10 minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder, make sure the address is spelled correctly, then request a new code.

How do I cancel or change my membership?

Memberships are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions. Refunds are also handled there.

Oracle got something about me wrong

Correct it. You can see and correct what Oracle remembers in the app, and corrections change how it helps you from then on.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. Use Export in Settings to download everything saved to your account.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, or by email. See how to delete your account.
